The town of Santa Eulalia itself is the third-largest in Ibiza. One of its best qualities is that it is such a year-round resort, with many businesses, restaurants, shops, and bars remaining open even in the low season, attracting visitors 12 months of the year. People adore Santa Eulalia for many reasons. You won´t find a host of heady nightclubs here, yet there is still a vibrant and colourful bar culture, with a few late-night venues offering the chance to dance for those who desire it. Moreover, Santa Eulalia is extremely family-friendly. From the lengthy promenade which edges the main town and leads to the beach of Santa Eulalia itself and the many pedestrianized areas, it’s a perfect place for those with young children. Plentiful play parks are dotted around and of course, the beaches themselves provide hours of free entertainment. A wealth of attractions and activities are available in the town, read on for more information on those. We've already mentioned San Carlos, a sleepy village that is also home to some excellent restaurants, boutiques, and the legendary Anita´s bar, a true Ibizan institution, where you simply have to sip a glass of their homemade hierbas and watch the world go by. You are also just a stone´s throw away from the family-orientated resort of Es Cana, which has attracted holidaymakers from all over Europe for decades, perhaps due to its lengthy, sandy beach, and great funfairs. Es Cana is also home to the world-famous Punta Arabi Hippy Market, which attracts thousands of visitors each and every week. The hamlet of Santa Gertrudis is known as a somewhat upmarket area, attracting a glittering crowd. It is the destination of choice for many A-listers who choose a secluded, luxury Ibiza villa nearby to the village, where they can enjoy the fine dining destinations, central location, and many stylish boutiques.
The village of Jesus is also extremely popular as an Ibiza holiday spot, due to its extremely close proximity to the capital Ibiza Town and its many attractions. Jesus itself is also home to some of the most spectacular villas in Ibiza, many of which are high up on the hillsides, offering breathtaking views over the old town and the coastline.
With so many beautiful beaches to choose from, it’s difficult to know where to start! Some of the most picturesque, well know, and family-friendly beaches in Ibiza can all be found in and around Santa Eulalia, there are too many to mention all of them, so we´ll give you a glimpse of a few of our favourites. Aguas Blancas is perhaps one of the most scenically stunning beaches in Ibiza. Its expanse of sand stretches as far as the eye can see, and the crashing waves make it an exhilarating spot for swimmers to splash in summer, and attracts the surfing community during the winter months. For many years, Aguas Blancas has been a favourite spot for naturists, and swimwear is definitely optional here, so don´t be surprised to see some people letting it all hang out here! Some of the most secluded and luxurious villas in Ibiza overlook this spectacular bay, which is also an idyllic sunrise spot.
For those with children, we simply adore Cala Pada. Just a few minutes' drive from the center of Santa Eulalia, this white sandy beach boasts three restaurants, all of which serve very different but equally appealing cuisine. We love Ria´s, which you will notice instantly by the colorful parasols which adorn the exterior, the whitewashed decor, and the welcoming staff. With a predominantly German clientele, they offer a mixed menu, including some German classics along with some innovative other choices, we love the goat's cheese salad, it's divine! At the other end of the bay, seafood lovers will delight in the menu at Brisa del Mar, a family-run institution where you will be welcomed with a smile and may feast on perhaps the finest seafood in town. The waters of Cala Pada are shallow for meters out to sea, allowing parents some peace of mind. A well-equipped watersports outlet offers agua-based thrills and spills for adrenaline junkies!
Cala Nova is another beach that has a lot to offer people of all ages. One of the longest beaches on the island, it is home to some of the best-loved beach bars in Ibiza, including Atzaro Beach and the soon to be opened second Amante Beach Club. Both of these delightful venues offer five-star dining with divine views over the coastline. For those on a budget, head to Can Colomaret, a small shack that has been serving the local community with freshly caught fish for over 20 years. Ever popular with locals and tourists alike, this family-run business is most certainly no-frills, but is consistently busy and for good reason, the seafood is consistently excellent. With tables on the beach and also in the small forest area behind the shack, it is highly recommended
A vibrant, colorful, and welcoming bolthole of happiness, Taco Paco is so well-loved that you always need to reserve in advance, We are not sure if it’s their eclectic decor, friendly staff or divine Mexican based dishes that make it so popular, but it’s certainly number one on our list of places to eat in town!
A relative newcomer on the scene, Project Social opened its doors in April 2016 and has become a firm favorite with both locals and holidaymakers alike. Serving up a unique and heart-warming selection of soul food, including finger-lickin' ribs, succulent burgers, and spicy chicken wings, their Sunday Lunches are also now the stuff of legends! With their well-stocked bar, and signature turmeric lattes, it’s a must-visit place when looking to dine in the centre of town.

The menu offers a superb range of authentic Nepalese dishes alongside your more traditional Indian meals. The interior is warmly furnished with inviting red and gold decoration, and the staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Open from 12 noon until midnight every day of the year, curry lovers will find their hearts and taste buds warmed by this restaurant.
The carnivores amongst you will be in meat heaven at Cas Pages. This family-run restaurant has not changed its menu in years, and for good reason. All the meat is locally sourced and perfectly cooked to order. Favorite dishes include generously sized portions of lamb chops, solomillo (fillet steak), or a mixed grill, accompanied by a traditional salad of peppers and potato. Another option is the delicious ‘arroz de matanza’, a type of broth made up of rice, mushrooms, pork, and chicken, a very traditional Ibicencan meal. Cas Pages do not take advance bookings, so it’s best to arrive early. They also only accept payment in cash so no credit cards here!
For a real treat, head out of town on the Ibiza road and visit Bambuddha Grove. This spectacular pan Asian restaurant is a true Ibiza dining experience. The interior has been hand-built from bamboo and is dominated by a huge elaborate chandelier. The menu offers a wide choice, including traditional Thai curries, aromatic crispy duck, and exceptionally good sushi. The cocktail and wine list are extensive and original, and the desserts are mouthwatering. Popular with the movers and shakers of the island, you can often spot celebrities enjoying the ambiance here.
The east coast of the island is home to some of the most loved and elegant beach clubs in Ibiza. Another reason to choose this as the location for your perfect Ibiza holiday villa. Whereas the nightclubs are sparse, the beach clubs are plentiful, and we offer you our selection of the very best.
An elegant and eclectic vibe makes Babylon Beach stand out from the crowd. Since its opening in 2012, this has become the coolest hangout in the North. Offering simple but quality food, relaxed yet funky music, and a purpose-built children’s adventure playground, Babylon is perfect for party people and families alike. The decor is sublime, and the menu offers a carefully designed selection of superfood salads, brilliant burgers, and, in our opinion, the very best pizzas in town.
Perched high above the bay of Sol d’en Serra, offering spectacular views across the coast, Amante is sumptuous and stylish. A popular wedding venue, it boasts one of the best restaurants on the island. For decades, this fabulous viewpoint setting has attracted those who seek fine dining, accompanied by a view to be remembered for a lifetime. Their newest venture, Amante Beach, is due to make a welcome addition to the Cala Nova coastline this summer.

Standing 52 meters above sea level and offering breathtaking views across the town, the church of “Puig de Missa”is thought to have been built around 1568. With its impressive Moorish style architecture, the church is surrounded by a small village and accessible by road and by foot, although be warned, it is a steep walk and not for the faint-hearted!
