Villa in San Miguel | Sleeps 12

A fantastic large villa located in the exclusive urbanization of Isla Blanca in San Miguel.

The property is set over three floors and combines both modern and luxurious style with balinese fixtures.

The entrance of the villa leads you onto the first floor, where you will find a very large, spacious lounge, with TV, DVD, Wifi, sound system/ CD player and optional telephone line with access to the terrace with a large wooden dining table and chairs overlooking the sea and pool.

Further along from the living room is the kitchen, well-equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and more.

As you go to the upper floor will find the large master bedroom with it’s own balcony with views to the sea and pool, an en suite modern bathroom and a sitting area. Back to the ground floor there is a bathroom to be shared by two twin bedrooms, both bedrooms with access to the pool. Another spacious double bedroom is located on this level with en suite bathroom and access to the pool.

By the pool area there are two independent apartments, one is a twin bedroom and the other is a double. Both with en suite bathrooms. At the back of the property we will find the seventh bedroom, also with it’s own entry, with twin beds and a bathroom.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The pool area is just fantastic, and attractive swimming pool surrounded by cushioned sun loungers and a dinner area for you to enjoy fabulous meals admiring the great views and with plenty space for everyone to get together.  

10 hours of cleaning per week are included.
