The villa has been beautifully built, to a high quality with modern features.

It has five bedrooms in total, sleeping up to 14 people. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with everything you’ll need for both relaxing and entertaining, with direct access to the pool area and a comfortable sofa bed for two extra guests. A modern and fully equipped kitchen is located nearby. There are two bedrooms on this ground floor; one double and one triple, as well a large bathroom.

Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom, a triple bedroom and a toilet. Each room has large closets and black-out curtains. A private outdoor terrace with incredible views across the old town of Dalt Vila and the south of the island.

The villa is entirely equipped with air-conditioning and WiFi, a Bluetooth audio system, and smart television. The property is provided with a full security system.

Sunny relaxation is assured with extensive terracing spanning the front of the villa’s ground with a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, as well as an exterior dining area overviewing the old town and castle with a beautiful large dining table.

There is also an outside bathroom and laundry room.
