A private and peaceful villa, walking distance to the village of San Miguel and just a short drive from the beautiful sandy bay, Puerto San Miguel. This villa is perfect for families and large groups wanting to explore the north of Ibiza, and enjoy a relaxing beach holiday.
The villa was originally built as part of an olive farm – evident by the surrounding 200+ olive trees and expansive countryside views – however the property has been restored beautifully to provide a very comfortable Ibiza holiday home.
There are five bedrooms in the main villa, including four doubles and a twin room and each with their own fridge, satellite TV and air-conditioning. Three of the bedrooms have en-suites and there is a fourth shared bathroom.
The villa also has two independent twin bedrooms separate from the main villa. Both have their own bathroom, air-con and fridge. One of these bedrooms/bathrooms is also suitable for disabled guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. A separate dining room and two adjoining living rooms with flatscreen TV and Wifi create plenty of space to entertain and relax.
A large swimming pool surrounded by expansive deck, with plenty of options for outside seating, dining, catering and relaxing. This villa is often used for weddings and events due to it’s fantastic space. There is also some outdoor gym equipment, a bar and a large hot water Jacuzzi by the pool providing additional luxury.
