This beautiful country villa is ideal for families or friends after a private, peaceful summer holiday, with plenty of leisure time by the pool or beach and a fantastic choice of great food places nearby.
The property is just a short walk from the charming village of San Carlos, home to the famed Las Dalias hippy markets as well as several restaurants and bars loved by Ibiza locals. It’s also well within 10 minutes drive from the bustling town of Santa Eulalia and the east coast’s best beaches including Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and Aguas Blancas.
The villa is split over three levels, with the main living area, dining room and kitchen on the middle entrance floor. Each of these rooms is spacious, tastefully decorated and filled with plenty of natural light. There is also access to a large terrace with outdoor dining space and great views across the valley and the village of San Carlos.
The villa’s features have been incredibly thought out by the owners to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible, from the smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and quality WiFi right down to the juicer, blender and espresso machine.
Also on this first level is the first of the villas five bedrooms; a good-sized double room with a direct pool access.
Downstairs you’ll find an independent apartment with air-conditioned double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette. There is also a single trundle bed for an additional guest if needed.
The villas remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs on the top level and include the master double bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and a triple bedroom (one double bed and one single bed). All are air-conditioned and have their own terrace access. There is also a modern family bathroom on this level.
The azure swimming pool is completely private and surrounded by pine trees, meaning your peace in the sunshine is assured. With comfortable loungers and a nearby barbeque and sheltered dining area, you can make the most of the long summer days and relaxed balmy evenings.
