Perched on the exclusive urbanization of Isla Blanca in San Miguel, this private luxury vacation rental gives you a bird’s-eye view of the cliffs and sea. Contemporary style interiors with balinese fixtures. This stunning villa makes it easy to host an event, like a seaside wedding, or simply relaxing holidays.

The villa itself is set over two levels. The entrance leads you into the lounge of 110m2 which has big comfortable sofas and chairs, TV with DVD and Canal +, Wifi, sound system/ CD player and optional telephone line and a dining room with a beautiful wooden table and rattan chairs with access to the terrace that holds a large wooden dining table and chairs overlooking the sea and pool. There is a bathroom nearby. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave and oven, all made of rustproof steel; also includes silverware for a minimum of 10 guests.

Leading to the ground floor we will find four of the five bedrooms. The master bedroom with a canopied, colonial-style double bed, large dressing room with closets and a very spacious bathroom with large shower. Direct access to the pool and patio with sea and sunsets views right from your bed. Two twins bedrooms with a spacious bathroom and large wardrobe in each room. Both bedrooms have direct pool and patio access and complete views of the sea. Another twin bedroom with a full bathroom and direct access to a small patio. An independent apartment with a double bed, complete bathroom, large closet, amazing views, access to a private garden and small living area with a sofa.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The outdoor is just stunning with an infinity pool set on a large, 800m2 patio accompanied by a porch with dining table and hammocks for sunbathing. Gardens with spectacular views.

10 hours of cleaning per week are included.
