Villa in Ibiza Town | Sleeps 8

Located close to Playa den Bossa and Ibiza Town, yet tucked into it’s own private hideaway, this Ibiza villa is always a favourite with returning guests. This is our only villa that operates on a Sunday to Sunday basis.

The main part of the house is traditional in style with a modern twist. The open plan lounge and dining area is welcoming as you first enter, with a light and airy feel. The lounge has comfortable sofas, essential satellite television, DVD player, stereo system which you can move round to the swimming pool. There is a dining table and chairs in the open plan lounge area. Off from the lounge area you will find two bedrooms, a double and a twin bedroom. A modern bathroom is also located just off from the lounge.

A set of stairs take you upstairs to the large master bedroom and there is a private lounge for you to relax and take in the views.

The kitchen has recently been renovated and is equipped with an Aga, modern oven, microwave along with all the other essential items you require. A large dining table is also present in the warm kitchen making it ideal for entertaining.

The outside terrace has a large dining area which is beautifully crafted out of wood. Just off from here is a bathroom and storage room. An annexe is located just across from the pool and this is home to a large double bedroom with en-suite.

The private pool is the ideal place to relax and unwind, with not a sound to be heard. Plenty of areas to chill out, either on the wooden decking or on the grass, this is a great place to holiday whilst on the island of Ibiza.
