This property is simply beautiful. A rural paradise in the Ibiza countryside. Located in the peaceful and picturesque area between Santa Eulalia and San Carlos, just a short drive to some of the east coast's best beaches and tourist attractions, including the famous La Dalias markets and the fantastic selection of restaurants along with the legendary San Juan 'restaurant' road.

The villa is split into two areas, the main house, and an independent cottage. Both are of equally high standard, and both are spacious and light. There are seven superbly comfortable rooms in total, spread between the main villa and the detached cottage.

The main house has a large open plan living and dining room, with plasma television, DVD player, wifi internet, music system, comfortable sofas, and formal dining area. A nearby kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, with everything you could need to cater for the whole group and entertain.  There are four bedrooms in the main house including two double bedrooms with en-suites and two twin bedrooms. There is also a large family bathroom found nearby.

The cottage includes the three remaining bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom with another single trundle bed. There is also a second bathroom in the cottage, as well as a living and dining room, and kitchen. This area is completely independent from the main villa, making this property ideal if you had a group of two families.

Everything in the villa is of the highest quality. Classic Ibicenco style and traditional craftsmanship have been combined with modern facilities to create a truly wonderful Ibiza holiday villa.

The villa grounds are stunning. A beautiful large swimming pool (11 x 5.5) is surrounded by a sundeck and large grassed area, with cushioned sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the long Ibiza summer days relaxing in the sunshine. A bbq and large sheltered dining area is nearby, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. There are also a number of cabana style sunbeds dotted around the property to completely chill out.

If you feel like being active, the villa also has a ping pong table and a field with basketball hoop, valley ball and tennis net and football posts, with equipment provided. The perfect antidote for too much relaxing!
