From it’s enviable vantage point, this majestic villa boasts stunning views over the whole of Ibiza’s south, including Ibiza Town, Salinas and across to Formentera.
The interior of this villa is the epitome of luxury. The kitchen is large and well equipped with all mod cons. The adjoining dining area has floor to ceiling windows, which open onto the large terrace outside. The lounge is vast with many sofas to relax on, a large plasma Satellite television and bar area. A lift operates from here to the level above. There is an additional chill out area with a beautiful stained glass ceiling and an indoor water fountain surrounded by greenery.
There are two large, double bedrooms just off the lounge area, both with their own plasma television, walk in wardrobe and en-suite complete with Jacuzzi shower. As you walk upstairs there are a further four bedrooms: a double bedroom, again with plasma television, walk in wardrobe and en-suite. Two twin bedrooms with their own en-suites and the master bedroom. The master bedroom is as decadently decorated as the other bedrooms, however it enjoys it's own private terrace and the en-suite has a large Jacuzzi bath. There is an annexe outside with a further three double bedrooms. There is air conditioning throughout the house.
From the hallway, the patio doors at the front of the house open onto a grand terrace with astounding panoramic views over the island. There is plenty of open space with sun loungers and seating for you to laze about in the sun while taking in the impressive views. The vast swimming pool, complete with water fountains, further seating areas, sauna, barbeque area and bar is the perfect antidote to the highlife of Ibiza.
A daily maid service is also provided throughout your stay. If you are after complete luxury, this villa is spectacular.
