A newly built six bedroom villa in a great location, walking distance to the beach of Talamanca and the village of Jesus and with fantastic views across to Ibiza Town. This villa works well for large families, groups of friends or for corporate breaks.

A newly built three-story villa in a great location, walking distance to the beach of Talamanca and with fantastic views across to Ibiza Town and the sparkling Mediterranean sea.

There are two living and dining rooms, both spacious and positioned to take advantage of the villas views. The kitchen is complete with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and can easily cater for 12 people plus guests.

The villa has six double bedrooms, all air-conditioned, including five with their own en-suite and the sixth with a bathroom just nearby. One of these rooms is located in a private annex to the side of the villa, with it’s own living room.

This villa is ideal for large groups wanting to be near to Ibiza Town. The large 15metre long infinity pool is covered in sunshine all day long, with a barbeque and outdoor dining area nearby so you can enjoy Ibiza’s outdoor lifestyle to the fullest.

For down time there are plenty of entertainment options including Wifi, flat screen satellite TVs, iPod dock and Playstation. There is also a private room with gym equipment for fitness fans.

As well as walking distance to Talamanca beach, you can also walk to the village of Jesus where you will find some great local bars, cafes and restaurants.

This villa works well for large families, groups of friends and for corporate breaks.
