How to Book
Choosing the right Villa
With so many great villas in our portfolio, choosing one is perhaps the hardest part of the booking process. We are on hand to help make it as smooth and easy as possible. All our villas are handpicked by us, and we know them inside out so if you can’t find something whilst browsing our website, drop us a line to discuss your needs and we’ll do our best to help you find something suitable.
Once you enquire about the villas you are interested in, we will confirm prices, availability, and suitability.
Instant Booking
Want to book a villa straightaway...? Absolutely no problem. We offer an instant booking facility on our most popular villas. Should you find the perfect dates at the perfect price and you don’t want to delay, book immediately and we will confirm your booking within a 24 hour period.
Confirmation and Deposit Payment
Once you’ve confirmed which villa you wish to book, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit to be paid within three days of making the booking. This can be paid by credit or debit card transaction.
The invoice will also include details on either the non-refundable insurance or the fully refundable Security Deposit (depends on the size and villa category), the standard Cleaning Fee of €300 and the obligatory Eco Tax fee which is calculated at €2.20 per person, per night. We cannot process your booking until you have clicked on the Terms and Conditions box. Once payment is received, you will receive your Booking Confirmation and this will detail any questions you or your group may have about what happens leading up to your arrival in Ibiza.
Next Steps
We are on hand for any questions or requests you have in the lead-up to your holiday. We will be in communication with you about your flight details and our concierge services a week prior to arrival, you will receive your Final Arrangements that outline everything you need to know for arrival, including directions to the villa, the check-in process, and a reminder of what paperwork and remaining payment you need to bring.
Final Payment
The remaining balance of the villa cost can be paid via credit or debit card 90 days prior to your arrival to Ibiza.
Non-refundable Insurance
Most bookings with us will incur a non-refundable charge called an Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW). This will be added to your invoice and is payable on arrival in Cash Euros. This is used to cover accidental damage that may occur at the villa which varies based on the size of the villa; the maximum charge is €350. This waiver has maximum limits for damage caused to any part of the property or its facilities but excludes negligence and vandalism.
The non-refundable insurance or ADW is applicable for selected villas only.
