We always have several guests throughout the summer splash out on a new body ink piece during their holiday in Ibiza. Some look fantastic… others not so much. So, based on local recommendations from tattoo aficionados, we’ve pulled together the best Ibiza tattoo studios. Most will require booking in advance, but that’s probably a good thing – an impromptu tattoo after a 24-hour Ibiza party stretch is rarely a good idea!
Inkadelic in Ibiza Town
Neil Ahern of Inkadelic is world-renowned for his tattoo work and often quoted as the best in Ibiza. His client list boasts a number of A-list celebrities including David Morales and Naomi Campbell, however Neil treats every client with equal importance. The studio itself is a mecca for all things tattoo culture, a shop of oddities, packed with collectibles Neil has picked up while tattooing around the globe.
Inkadelic is located in Plaça de la Constitució (Ibiza Town), the square just by Dalt Vila's impressive main entrance.

Ibiza Ink in San Antonio
Fillipo, the owner of Ibiza Ink, has been a tattooist for over 21 years and has worked all over the world, including India, Australia, Brazil and the Far East. He set his studio up in San Antonio’s West End in 2009 and he has experience in all styles of tattoos but particularly enjoys working with freehand, realistic, Japanese and flower designs.

El Flaco Tattoo in Ibiza Town
The guys at El Flaco each have a very impressive resume, with the senior artists having well over 15 years experience in the industry, and all having over 10 years. They each have their own unique style and create custom designs based on what the client wants. The owner El Flaco, and fellow artist Falke both specialise in realistic tattoo art, while Julio specializes in mandalas, tribal and geometric designs and Mauro's style is described as Neo-traditional. They also do piercings.
