The villa offers a total of six bedrooms and five bathrooms, all with air conditioning throughout.
The main house features four double bedrooms. Please note that two of the double bedrooms are connected, meaning you need to walk through one bedroom to access the other. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
There are also two separate annexes, each offering a twin bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and private entrance, providing additional privacy and comfort for guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine and a large central island, making it the perfect space to cook and spend time together. The bright open-plan living and dining area enjoys plenty of natural light and beautiful sea views.
Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool surrounded by spacious wooden decking and comfortable sun loungers. The pool can also be heated on request. There is a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the sea views. Private parking is available within the villa grounds.

Please note: As the villa is situated in a residential area, guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbours and comply with the local noise regulations. Parties are not permitted, and speakers are not allowed at the property.
1 - Groups of individuals under the age of 28 are not permitted to book this property. At least one member of the group must be 28 years old or older to complete the reservation. Valid passports for all group members must be provided at the time of booking to verify age. Passports will also be checked again upon arrival. The group member who is 28 years old or older must be present at check-in to collect the keys.
2 - Groups consisting solely of men are not permitted to book this villa.
3 - We reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time if these requirements are not met.
4 - A security deposit of €2000 will be collected upon arrival by card.
5 - Guests are required to sign an agreement to respect noise levels at the property.
