If you are searching for a summer retreat where you are guaranteed to-die-for design and private home perfection then look no further as we certainly have the villa for you.
A luxurious home from home sleeping up to 20, this villa is made up of 10 bedrooms (6 doubles, 3 twins and a single bedroom). The villa is spread out over a large area and the private entrance to the villa grounds is home to plenty of parking including the housekeeper’s cottage. Adjacent to the villa you will find the large spacious grounds which are complete with trampoline, 5 a side football pitch, olive groves, gymnasium, sundeck, swimming pool and large shaded eating area.
Walking into the villa itself the entrance is impressive and you are naturally led into the grand lounge area. The views from here span the swimming pool and the gardens and it is the ideal place to curl up and relax on the comfortable sofa’s and drink in the view from afar. The kitchen you will find is off from the lounge and it is fully equipped with all the mod cons you should require and more. A large table is here for those who want creature comforts and for those wanting to take in the Ibizan sunshine, you can head outside onto the large table you will find there overlooking the pool.
One of the outside buildings overlooking the swimming pool is a stunning twin bedroom with 360 views of the villa and grounds – this really is a beautiful place to experience Ibiza from a different angle.
Back in the main villa itself on the ground floor – aside from the kitchen and lounge area, you will find four bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin) along with two bathrooms.
On the upper level you will find the luxurious master bedroom, complete with walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and two furnished private terraces. Two further bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) can be located on this level along with a bathroom.
There is an independent apartment which you enter from a different entrance to that of the main villa. This is home to a kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms (1 double and 1 single bedroom).
There is also a separate double bedroom over looking the swimming pool.
Throughout the whole villa you will find air-conditioning, alarm system, PS 4, Apple TV and two iMac computers you can use as well as BOSE Bluetooth speakers. Aside from all this you have included a housekeeper. While staying here, the attention of the staff is focused completely on the guest and every possible facility is made available for their comfort. The housekeeper will provide cleaning throughout the week as well as light cooking should this be required. Please note there is a limit to the hours the housekeeper works.
All in all, this stunning villa offers you a real sense of exclusivity and a true slice of the good life. Nothing has been forgotten at this villa ensuring that you can switch off and enjoy your slice of luxury whilst on holiday in Ibiza.
