Ibiza is a hugely popular destination for bachelor parties, and for good reason! Whatever you want from your bachelor party in Ibiza, whether it be partying, sports or sunshine, this island has the answers.

Long gone are the days when the party was the night before the wedding in the local town, leading to handcuffs on lampposts and a mad hungover rush to be at the church on time. These days a stag do is carefully planned and thoroughly researched for the groom’s (or more commonly the guests’) requirements.

From your initial flights to car hire, club tickets, boat parties and any activities you wish to involve yourself in, it is generally much cheaper to book in advance. Many businesses in Ibiza will give a hefty discount to advance group bookings.

With this in mind, here are just some of the day and night time possibilities for bachelors and their crew to check out, as long as you can drag yourselves away from the pub!

Daytime

• Paintball
A bachelor party favourite. Paintball Lounge Party, just outside San Antonio offers group discounts, a bar and swimming pool.
• Go Karting
Another popular pre marital event! The best track on the island is at Go Karts Santa Eulalia, boasting a 300m track and the fastest karts on the island.
• Watersports
All over the island there are beautiful beaches and the chance to liven the day up with wakeboarding, parasailing, jetskis, snorkelling and scuba diving.
• Golf
Ibiza’s only golf course is just ouside Cala Llonga and, although it is a bit expensive (€90 a round), it offers amazing views and good standards.
• Boat Parties
Following years of success, there are now more Ibiza boat parties than you can shake a stick at! Lost In Ibiza are one of the particularly good ones. Mainly out of San Antonio, all the boat parties offer booze filled all day partying on the crystal waters of the Mediterranean, taking in the famous sunset on the way back to shore.
• Clubbing
A few of the clubs, most popularly Zoo and Ushuaia, are open during the day for those who just don’t want to stop!

Night time

• Restaurants
Even bachelor parties need to eat! Wherever you are staying, you will find great restaurants ready to welcome you for a paella and a hierbas. Or for those who don’t like sampling local food, you can always head to one of the island’s top grills or settle for British fare in most eateries.
• Bars
Well, you certainly won’t be short on choice for places to drink! A lot of bars on ‘the strip’ in the towns will offer cheap cocktails, beers and shots. If you choose to go a bit upmarket and make your way to the sunset strip in San Antonio or into Ibiza town, be aware that the drinks prices increase accordingly.
• Clubs
If you are coming to Ibiza for your bachelor party, chances are you have a few clubbing nights on the itinerary. A good tip is to book your group in early and you will find a lot of the clubs will offer you good deals on tickets and VIP entry.
