Located just near the village of San Rafael, this villa has fantastic views across to Ibiza Town and Dalt Vila. With private tennis court and private pool, and a great location to access all parts of the island, this villa is a great holiday choice.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 sofa-beds available should you need to accommodate an additional 2 guests (maximum capacity is 8).

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and more. You will have everything you need to cater for the whole group. There is also a tumble dryer and washing machine nearby.

In the living area, guests can relax with air-conditioning, Satellite TV, music system and free Wifi. There is also heating and a fireplace should it get cool.

Surrounded by 500m2 of private gardens, the villa grounds are holiday perfect. The views from the your own private pool and tennis court are spectacular, with both mountain and sea views. Terraces around the villa provide plenty of spaces to chill out in the shade. Private car parking is also available. Although the villa is easily accessed by taxis, and their is a bus station 200m walk away, we do recommend car hire for this villa. Because of it’s central location – it would be a shame to not head north, south, east and west with your own wheels to explore the island!

San Rafael, the nearby village just a kilometer away, is a great meeting point. Here, you will find a number of lovely local bars, cafes and restaurants. We recommend going for lunch or dinner at Can Pilot, a local favourite! You will also find your nearest supermarket, bank, chemist and a few other speciality shops here. Alternatively, both Ibiza Town and San Antonio are just 10 minutes drive away.
