Ibiza Port

This is located in Ibiza Town. From here there are boat and ferry services that take you to Formentera, Mallorca, Denia, Valencia and Barcelona. There is also a Port in San Antonio, which has regular boats to Denia and Formentera.

In the summer, buses go more or less every half an hour between the main resorts. The service runs from 7am till 23:30pm. This timetable is for the summer months - from the 1st of June till the 30th of September.

The buses all have air conditioning and compared to the other forms of transports are very economical. Find out more at www.ibizabus.com

Taxis in Ibiza

This can be a very good way of travelling and the advantage is that taxis are available 24 hours a day. Be aware that on the weekends and in the peak of the season you may have difficulties in booking one from your Villa as it may be too busy. Also it is not possible to book taxis in advance in Ibiza but only 20/30 minutes before.

Clubbing in Ibiza

There are 7 main Clubs in Ibiza, located between Ibiza Town area and San Antonio and along the main road between the two towns in the San Rafael area.

The night starts from 12:00 till 7 am sometimes later. Space and DC10 have parties in the daytime and after parties, so obviously these are at different times. Drinks are more expensive than many other places in Europe, they vary from 8 to 17 Euros.

Tickets vary from one Club to another depending on the venue and the night as. Prices start from 30 Euros and can go up to 65 Euros. Bear in mind that tickets at the door will always cost more than if you buy them before from Bars or ticket outlets.

Bars in Ibiza

There are Bars located all over the island, Many people like to go down Ibiza harbour, where there are lots of stylish bars, drinks prices will vary from 4 Euros to 15 depending on the drink.

In San Antonio, the West end attracts a younger, mostly English crowd, Drinks prices are much cheaper here. This is the part of the island where the English documentary "Ibiza Uncovered" was filmed a few years ago.

There are many others bars all over the island that will offer you great music and very good service some of them offer pre parties as well, a selection of these are located along the sunset strip in San Antonio. Use our map to find out more about them.

Restaurants in Ibiza

Ibiza is definitely a great place for restaurants, with a wide variety to suit many different tastes and budgets. You can choose amongst the typical Spanish food, Italian kitchen, English, French Chinese, Indian, Thai and many others. For Vegetarians there are many international restaurants, which make delicious meat free dishes, but we advise to steer clear of the typical Spanish restaurants where there are not many options.
